Items classified as ‘bulky’ by our delivery service providers may not ship to remote locations. This will automatically be calculated & you will be notified at checkout if you fall within the unavailable delivery zones.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully when making a purchase and read through My Dandelion’s returns policy.

My Dandelion appreciates you shopping with us, and we want you to feel comfortable and confident in making your purchase.

My Dandelion will happily accept a return of goods for an exchange or a credit note. My Dandelion must be notified via email at info@mydandelion.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. Goods must be returned to My Dandelion within 7 days of purchase and must be in original saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still in tact. The goods cannot have been worn, damaged, or washed. The original invoice/receipt as proof of purchase must be provided.

If nothing is of interest at the time of exchange, a credit note will be provided. Credit notes are valid for 6 months.

There are no returns on sale items.

The cost of postage and handling remains with the customer. All items must be sent back to My Dandelion with a tracking number so the parcel can be tracked and to ensure a safe and documented delivery. My Dandelion does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you are after an exchange, you will be invoiced the cost of postage which is to be paid before your goods are resent out to you, this will be determined by the size of the package.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of an item if we believe it not to be in the original condition or if not notified with 48 hours, or if not received within the 7 days from purchase. Postage is not credited, only the value of the products purchased.

We do not offer refunds on incorrect decision or change of mind purchases.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are checked thoroughly before being shipped to ensure they are in working order when they leave. If something has been missed please contact info@mydandelion.com.au within 7 days to notify of the fault. Some instances may need a photo of the fault to be emailed through. All faults must be notified of within 7 days. Faulty items will have to be sent back to My Dandelion for inspection. Each item will be assessed and either replaced, repaired, or provided with a full refund. This process will be completed within a reasonable time frame in accordance with Fair Trading policies.

My Dandelion does not accept any responsibility of any damaged goods in transit, as once the goods are shipped it is out of our control. If you do however have an issue with an item turning up damaged from transit, please contact us, and we will endeavour to assist.
